Castalia Communications Company History
Castalia
was founded in 1980 to produce The Guitar Poster, a marriage
of fine art and an innovative presentation of music theory
that "puts the answers up on your wall." Like a
musical roadmap, the cross-reference system devloped for the
Guitar Poster allows anyone to find and play any chord or
scale, in any key, anywhere on the instrument, even if they
don't read music. After the success of the Guitar Poster,
Castalia's team developed and produced similar posters for
instruments such as keyboards and saxophone as well as one
for billiards, the Rules of Eight Ball. Castalia's posters
have been featured in dozens of films and television shows,
such as the Richard Dreyfuss hit movie "Mr. Holland's
Opus" and the TV series "Boston Public." Now
in its thirty second year, the company remains dedicated to
producing innovative products that beautify as well as educate. Cick Here for a printable pdf of our catalog. |
