Butterfly and Friends

I got lucky one day following a tiger swallowtail butterfly (Papilio glaueus) around the lilies, roses, and agapanthas in my wife's garden. The title is a misnomer, because right after I shot this the yellow-jacket (Vespula penslyvanica) zoomed in, bit the butterfly on the ass, and chased it away. The honeybee (Apis mellifera) remained oblivious.
